At Empire Club, we place great value on high-quality watches designed for a long service life. To ensure you enjoy your watch for a long time and maintain its optimal function, we recommend observing the following instructions:
Screw the crown down correctly
Always ensure that the crown is fully pushed in and tightly screwed down. This is crucial to guarantee the watch's secure seal and maintain its water resistance.
Usage in contact with water
Empire Club watches are water-resistant and suitable for daily use. Before any contact with water, ensure the crown is completely closed.
To protect the gaskets in the long term, avoid unnecessary contact with very hot water as well as extreme temperature fluctuations.
Protection against corrosive liquids
Avoid contact with corrosive liquids that could damage steel or other components. If this happens, clean the watch carefully with a soft, dry cloth.
Regular Maintenance
We recommend having your watch serviced regularly by a trusted watchmaker, for example through cleaning and adjustment. This helps to maintain precision and longevity.
Proper Storage
When not in use, store your watch in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and strong heat sources. This preserves its appearance and function over the long term.
Avoid shocks and vibrations
Always treat your watch with care to avoid shocks or vibrations that could damage the dial, glass, or movement.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days across the US. Due to the high demand for our designs, some orders may occasionally take a little longer to fulfill, but we always work to get your watch to you as fast as possible and always within the stated timeframe. The moment your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind every watch we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging included. Simply reach out to us at support@empireclubcs.com and our team will take care of everything. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
