These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Empire Club LLC website and services. By accessing or purchasing from Empire Club LLC ("Empire Club", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").
Empire Club operates as an international fulfillment and sourcing service providing access to physical goods supplied by global distribution partners. Products may be shipped from the United States, Germany, France, or Asia (including China), depending on inventory and logistics.
Electronic Consent
By completing a purchase, you consent to the use of electronic contracts, electronic records, and electronic signatures. Your actions constitute a legally binding agreement under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, abuse, errors, or supply limitations.
Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer when the package is handed to the carrier or logistics provider. Carrier delays, customs inspections, or border processing are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for an automatic refund.
Customer Obligations
You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information and to comply with all policies. Abuse of refunds, disputes, or chargeback systems may result in denial of future service.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to the arbitration clause below.
